Policies at Bare Lúx Studio

Cancellation Policy:

At Bare Lúx Studio, we value your trust in our aesthetic services and strive to maintain an efficient schedule for all our clients and staff. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, so we provide a 15-minute grace period for appointments. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another client in need. A $100 fee will be charged for appointments that are missed or canceled without sufficient notice within the 24-hour window. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us provide timely and exceptional care to all our clients.

Refund Policy:

At Bare Lúx Studio, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality aesthetic procedures tailored to meet your individual goals. While we strive for outstanding results with each treatment, please note that due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer refunds for procedures performed. We emphasize the importance of thorough consultation prior to treatment to discuss your expectations, potential outcomes, and any associated risks. Our goal is to ensure that you are fully informed and confident in your decision before proceeding with any procedure.

Photo ID Policy:

To enhance security measures and ensure accurate patient identification, we require all clients to present a valid photo ID upon check-in at Bare Lúx Studio. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of patient records and ensures that each individual receives appropriate care and attention during their visit.

Before and After Photos Policy:

For clinical documentation and treatment evaluation purposes, Bare Lúx Studio may take before and after photos of treatment areas. These photos are securely stored within your confidential medical records and are used solely for clinical purposes, unless we receive explicit consent from you for other uses.

Financial Responsibility Policy:

To streamline transactions and maintain transparency, we accept payment via Credit card, Debit card, Cash, Zelle, and Cherry financing. Full payment is required at the time of checkout, regardless of the duration or nature of the procedure. Patients using Cherry financing must apply and receive approval before treatment begins to ensure a smooth payment process.

Social Media and Marketing Policy:
